 My organization pre-ordered a 32-man server with all of our members pitching in. We were all excited for the release of this game and on the day of release, we were ecstatic. Our server was full from the get-go. Lots of people having a good time... until we realized that we couldn't connect. You see, you happened to release your servers lacking a fundamental requirement of servers everywhere, the reserved slot list. Many times, the only way we could connect would be to kick multiple people from the server and hop on quickly. And many more times, the Admins were not online.

If you pre-order the PC version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 you get the PC version of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare free. More specifically, if you pre-order Modern Warfare 3 for PC as a download, you'll get Modern Warfare free. The download-only deal is live now on the likes of Steam and Activision's digital shop. You get the COD4 download as soon as you pre-order - you don't have to wait until MW3 launches in November.
