Update: 03/07/2011 It is indeed a leaked copy of the PC version, apparently there is some mixed ideas as to if it is cracked or not as well but all indications show otherwise and that the title is completely playable from that of our sources. We encourage all players to purchase this title, it is unfortunate situation that has occurred as it did with Crysis 2 and Bulletstorm, if you wish to see the success of your favorite titles please go out and purchase them so the developers and productions houses get paid for all the hard work they have done to create your favor title. "Homefront is a first-person shooter that is heavily defined by its game world and fictional premise. We began with real world events and extrapolated those into the year 2027, to create a vision of what a partially occupied United States would be like to experience. That is where Homefront begins, and we've focused a great deal of effort on crafting that world as deeply as possible to really give the player a sense of it." At this time we have little information, however it appears it is a legitimate copy, but what platform is unclear. Our sources indicate that it seems to be for PC, though our sources also tell us that there is a copy for the console as well, which we are presuming is for the Xbox360.
Penned by John Milius (Apocalypse Now, Red Dawn), Homefront is set ten years into a global energy crisis, and follows the American Civilian Resistance as they fight to reclaim their homeland from an oppressive North Korean occupation. With the fourth largest standing army in the world, the now nuclear North Korea has overtaken not only South Korea, but has become a major internal threat to a struggling United States.

So it is not impossible that it is cracked earlier, but it is rather improbable.
Solution to the situation i cant answer as i dont know how they could prevent it.
I'T CANNOT BE CRACKED BEFORE 15TH OF MARCH.
Well apparently it has been cracked according to our sources. THQ just like that of EA have an issue and they best find who leaked these titles. It is unfortunate and i myself dont like seeing this the least bit.
1. It is indeed leaked.
2. The leak is exclusive to the PC-Version
3. The leak is not playable as there is no crack atm
4. The files which have been leaked are Steam-Files, so there is the need for the master-key to decode those files. However - the key will be available on the release-date, not sooner. Period.
5. There is really high possibility that those files won't even work and you would have to download the whole thing again.
6. There is absolutely no sense in posting this at all, because it has exactly no impact on the retail.
