We have had a busy couple of months, and have made some great progress with the mod, some of which we willl show you today. We have also had some great new talent join the team in all areas of development, and we have some of their fantastic work to present.
28 Months Later Compatibility
First up, we’ve got a short statement regarding the compatibility of 28ML with the Crysis franchise. With Crysis Warhead coming soon, we think its only fair that we tell you all that the first public build of 28 Months Later will be on Warhead. We are doing this largely for the new features and engine stability; this should provide you with a much smoother experience, plus open the mod up to people with not such powerful PCs. Regarding our current work; here are some examples of the work that has been done these past two months that you’ll be seeing in the mod!

During the past months there has been a lot of work going on in the 3D department. We’ve had huge progress in all areas of the new 3D artwork being introduced to the mod; everything from weapons to buildings and props to vehicles have been making leaps forward. Today we have a small selection of the work that’s gone on.
Forrest Stephan
First off, we have some new work from the teams lead modeller, Forrest Stephan. For some of our European environments, convincing locations and architecture need to be created, and he has done a fantastic job of creating a detailed and optimised Dordogne village building.
