Gateworld talked with Brad Wright, co-creator /producer of SG-1 and Atlantis, for a bit of a ’debriefing’ after the announcement that Atlantis has been canceled. Wright is extremely optimistic that the franchise will continue to thrive in the new series(Stargate Universe), movies and of course Stargate Worlds. On the subject of SGW, Wright had this to say:

"The Stargate universe is "a place in which to tell stories. And that’s why there is going to be a game, because that game sees that potential -- the game makers see that potential."
