We wanted to let everyone know that the multiplayer Beta for Red Faction: Guerrilla on Xbox 360 is coming to an end at 2 AM CST on Friday morning, August 29th.

Two words that must be said are “Thank you!”, from all of us here at Volition. Your participation in the game and on the forum was incredibly helpful. While only a few feedback-related changes were made during the Beta period itself, with our title update halfway through, there are many more changes and additions planned for the final game. Your feedback was taken very seriously and carefully by the development team, and we truly appreciate your thoughts and opinions!

Just to reiterate, the Beta will be shutting down at 2 AM CST on Friday, August 29th. After that time, you will no longer be able to participate in the Beta, but that doesn’t mean that we’re going to go into hiding until the game releases. Make sure that you continue to visit this page for future information on the single player and multiplayer campaigns, as we’ll be revealing more information as we get closer to launch in early 2009.
