Starting 28 September, satellite television service DIRECTV subscribers may book access to the 16 hours of high-definition, pay-per-view BlizzCon coverage coming this 10-11 October. The package runs for USD$39.95, and is available only to residents of the United States.
New subscribers to DIRECTV are eligible to receive the BlizzCon package for free, if one signs up for the service by 30 September and activates it by 9 October. It also comes with a World of Warcraft Polar Bear mount gift card, to be activated in-game. See the event’s site for more.
