Welcome to the fourteenth Tutorial of the week series. Is Saturday and it’s time to introduce to you the latest, useful additions to our tutorial section. Today we will present to you four new tutorials, one text and three videos, thanks to our members Fiskaren, sideshowbob, Mustang60348, and Sentral.

Through the modification of .cpp files and the creation of your video in .sfd format, this guide will teach you everything that’s necessary to make your video display at the beginning of your mod. Useful even only to understand how to create an .sfd video, used in many other games.

Content: 2 videos

Made for relatively advanced users of XSI, this video guide will teach you everything that’s necessary to paint your textures in the XSI mod tool. Starting from simple objects to a complete building, at the end of this tutorial everything will be clear and textures will not be a problem for you anymore, now you only need to make nice 3d models!

Automatic Animatons for Vehicles (by Mustang60348)
Content: video

Las but not least, this wonderful video tutorial will explain to you how to create your new custom vehicle in Crysis, more precisely how to make it play your custom animations ingame. Starting with the export of your vehicle model in .cga format from 3ds max, the tutorial will guide you through all the processes needed to make your animation automatically play, just by giving them the right name and modifying some scripts. Now your custom helicopter will be completely functional.
