EA sent out the June Battlefield Newsletter yesterday, which includes some information on an event this weekend called the Battlefield: Bad Company Independence Day. The event starts at 12:01 A.M. (ET) on Friday, June 27 and goes the whole weekend. They are giving out many prizes such as a gold dipped Xbox 360 Elite console and just for registering you can grab a free gamer pic.
