The staff over at IGN have already played the demo at E3, and they’ve also had Producer, Rick White, appear on their LiveWire show to explain the new game to the fans. Now comes a new preview from Greg Miller straight from the floors of San Diego Comic Con Booth #5219, which focuses on one very specific aspect of Red Faction: Guerrilla…

“In this article, I’m just going to talk about destroying everything.”

Mr. Miller not only diverges away from the initial mission in the demo, but he specifically heads after his fellow citizens to start.

“I switched over to the sledgehammer; ran up to one of the scientists in my sandy, Martian base; and cracked the guy square in the face…I switched to a machine gun and gave chase to one of the NPCs. I fired off a few rounds and big blood spots appeared on her jumpsuit…I turned back to my base, switched to an enormous gun I had to hold on my right side…The gun began to charge, and when the meter was full, a buzz saw blade shot out and took down the final human holdout.”

Poor innocent civilians of Mars just trying to do their jobs. To read more about the havoc being caused, head over to the full article HERE.
