Kaos Studios posted some new information on the status of the new downloadable content for Xbox 360.

As we previously noted, Title Update 3 and DLC2 have been at Microsoft for certification for several weeks. Unfortunately, they have found a minor issue which is going to delay certification. We are in the process of submitting a fix and hope to be able to release as soon as possible.
