Website GamingShoGun.com got a chance to check out Stargate Worlds during Comic Con 2008, and they write about their impressions in this article.

The site reports the game will initially ship with a 32-bit executable and there is a possibility later on it will ship in 64 bit. Along with the game initially being a DirectX 9 title there is the possibility for a DirectX 11 upgrade to the game in the future.

The first thing we saw was a video showing off various landscapes in the game. Stargate Command looks amazing, and we were told that they have fleshed the base out quite a bit more than what was seen on the show. It will be interesting to explore the locations we remember from the show as well as all the new nooks and crannies in Cheyenne Mountain.
